医科大学新生善花（韩智敏）、启范（吴泰景）、忠石（温朱万）、京敏、志英和银珠被分到同一小组上解剖课，在解剖教室，面对来历不明的女尸，众人表现大相径庭，尤以优等生银珠和“万人迷”忠石反应最为突出，前者紧张尖叫转身离开，后者饶有兴致地拿起手机拍下尸体身上的老土纹身。
