丁一山（洪永城 饰）拥有一条无人能及的舌头，其味觉要比常人灵敏百倍。虽然天赋异禀，但奇怪的是丁一山的父亲却明令禁止儿子从事厨师相关的职业。某日，状元楼举行厨艺大赛，丁一山瞒着父亲和好友石柔（蔡思贝 饰）前往参赛，虽然最终两人因为种种意外丢掉了冠军的头衔，但丁一山的特殊能力受到了名厨盖兆天（黄子恒 饰）的认可和赏识。
