陈思月当街抓包副驾上的小三，惨遭对方推搡致流产。可吴明不知，陈思月为护他自尊，隐瞒首富千金身份，一路默默资助他事业。当他们逼她签离婚协议时，陈思月父母携金牌律师团从京城火速赶来，这场远嫁的豪赌，终于等来了正义的裁决。。商场营业部的职员山下贵子（中谷美纪 Miki NakataniSs饰）来到一家名叫“上海小饭店”的中式家常菜馆，并邀请菜馆里厨艺精湛的王老板(藤龙也 Tatsuya Fuji 饰)来商场开店。遭到拒绝后不死心，又多次上门求访。未能如愿的贵子却意外的迷恋上了这里平凡幸福的美味菜肴，成为了店里的常客。随着时间的推移，贵子和王老板渐渐熟络起来。但孤独年迈的王老板却突然病倒，为了能让散发着幸福馨香的饭店继续经营，贵子终于决定辞职，全心来跟王老板拜师学艺，开始了一场学习烹饪的动人之旅。
