从妖界挣脱神农枷锁的刑天盗走了典妖录逃到了人间，他必须寻找到八仙的后人，集齐他们体内的鲜血便可以解开妖界的封印之门，一直被关押的众妖就会来到人间，统治人界。 刑天召集了散落在人间的妖帮他办事，平时他都是隐藏身份，一直是由薛灵为他代理。一天妖界刑警王冲发现了薛灵的下落，想捉拿薛灵查出刑天的藏身之地。薛灵不敌王冲的法力，忽然刑天出手击败了妖界刑警王冲，王冲受重伤逃走。刑天命令薛灵追查王冲的下落，并让薛灵加派人手，一定在最快的时间内找到八仙的后人，否则薛灵就会搭上性命。由于薛灵和吕洞宾在千年以前有过一段感情经历，薛灵想要暗中保护吕氏后人，但是又畏惧刑天的法力，不得不游走在边缘。。Norman, a retired police officer, works as a night security guard in a building.
