大场诚（堂本剛饰）是新来的转校生，第一次考试他就拿了第一，还对班级里的被欺侮者出手相救。诚的“拉风”行为引起了相当一部分人的嫉恨。
班导森田（桜井幸子饰）是一个没什么心眼，爱犯迷糊的老师，她对班里发生的事情完全不知晓，只是叮嘱班长影山留加（堂本光一饰）要好好照顾新来的同学。绝对服从老师的留加决定和小诚做好朋友，他不仅对小诚保护有加，还对其萌生出朦胧的感情。
