本剧改编自韩国电影《青年警察》，讲述了警校内智力超群的理论派优等生本间快（中岛），与性格直率、感情用事的行动派一之濑次郎（平野），性格相反的两人运用在警校所学的知识，伤痕累累地合作解决悬案的故事。。A Holocaust survivor writes, after the war, a thank-you letter to a pig that saved his life. After his testimony in a classroom, a young student dreams a tragic version of his story.
