李浩然（陈厚饰）的舅舅是大发广告公司的董事长，虽然李浩然的梦想是成为一名音乐师，但在舅舅的再三邀请和劝说之下，李浩然决定暂时放下梦想，进入舅舅的公司，成为那里的英文翻译。 因为前一晚参加了一场非常热闹的派对，导致李浩然第二天起迟了。他匆匆忙忙的追赶公交车，在月台上，他偶遇了名叫姚洁英（邢慧饰）女孩。因为车上的人实在是太多了，姚洁英在上车时被挤掉了一只鞋，李浩然捡起了她的鞋放进了包中。李浩然第一天上班就迟到，公司代理和董事会在会议室里焦急的等待着李浩然的到来，哪知道姗姗来迟的李浩然竟然从包里拿出了一只鞋，会场里的气氛一下子降到了冰点。。Film is set in one winter night in Delhi where a middle class, Delhi university guy falls in love with a girl anchoring a fashion show.
