Mekong Hotel shot during the flood, intertwines the destruction, politics and drifting dream of future.。三个香港夜总会女郎去泰国游玩，在夜总会饮醉与夜总会看场发生争吵，在街外被打，遇到香港来的三个男人协助，将打手打退，再去夜店宵夜饮酒，回酒店后发生关系。原来，这三个男人是来贩毒的，将一包毒品交给她们，后来三个男人在一次交易中打死了对方。三位女士刚巧去找他们，被警方误以为是毒贩之同党，并将她们拘捕……。
