剧情描述三名男女青年各自因私人理由合租纽约的一幢公寓，本来约好各自拥有每周两天的使用日期，彼此各不相干，不料后来发生交换使用日期的情况之后，竟使三位室友之间产生了美丽的误会。全片虽无波涛起伏的戏剧性，但从流畅的日常生活细节之中表现出都市人珍惜有限的私人生活空间的共性，剧情本身的转折也相当流畅而富趣味性。。《锡矿山》由泰国传记戏剧电影导演JIRA Maligool执导，改编自Ajin Panjapan同名短篇小说，故事主要以作者前半生（二战后）生活的泰南採矿营地为背景。该片曾入围第78届奥斯卡最佳外语奖竞赛单元。。He works at the fairground as “Stump the Guesser”, who can guess anything for a fee.
