故事发生在贵族私立学校斯特拉女子学院高中部内，雾岛莲都（牧野由依 配音）是刚刚进入学校就读的新生，对贵族学校之中优雅而又高贵的生活充满了憧憬，并且立志要加入充满了艺术气氛的美术部。然而，直到加入了美术部之后，莲都才得知，美术部和艺术根本就没有半点关系，而是一个利用BB枪和野战的形式来维护校园内部稳定和安全的“特别处置团体”。
除了莲都外，个性大大咧咧不拘小节的鹿岛园罗（泽城美雪 配音）、率真耿直的初濑卡莉娜（茅野爱衣 配音）、沉稳优雅聪慧过人的陆奥穗香（斋藤千和 配音）等人都是社团中的成员。。DEBUT is about Philip who dreams of becoming a model. At a casting he gets the chance to be photographed with the well-known model Sebastiaan, they fall in love.
